Equaliser

Our new two year Youth Music funded project, Equaliser, starts Saturday 17th September 2016!

Equaliser is a music and technology project where fortnightly two-hour sessions are delivered in three different parts of the county; Kings Lynn, Wymondham and Norwich. Equaliser is primarily for people with autistic spectrum disorder, Asperger’s syndrome and associated/additional needs, aged 7-25.

We’ve partnered up with OPENNorwich, Action for Children Wymondham and west Norfolk National Autistic Society to deliver some really exciting, progressive, technology-focused workshops.

In addition to composing and improvising, jamming with software and hardware and the other activities we usually offer, we are now able to offer coding and digital instrument and interface building where you’ll be able to turn light into sound, control samples with physical gestures and play the piano by waving your feet in the air (for example!).
