Job Description

Hours 20 -30 hrs per week. We are supportive of flexible working arrangements.

Fixed term contract.  Position offered initially on a twelve month fixed contract but may be extended according to funding.

Musical Keys provides inclusive music and arts activities, which encourage and enhance personal development and self-expression.  We reach people of all ages, including families, adults recovering from addiction and older people living with dementia.  Regular groups and projects, provide a vital support network for families and individuals.

We seek a new Chief Executive Officer with drive and vision to lead the charity; expanding current services as well as developing new work which falls within the charity’s objectives.

The successful candidate will be able to inspire confidence and gain respect of the team and will have the ability to respond to the needs of the charity’s service users.

The post-holder will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
