Direct referral portal for young people experiencing challenges with mental health.

Supported by the Sir Norman Lamb Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund, this platform is for anyone with children and young people experiencing challenges with their mental health, to access a programme of four sessions online music therapy sessions delivered by our most experienced Music Therapists.

By accessing the programme we aim to work with the participant to explore their relationship with music and how it can help them with their mental health - both directly as a result of accessing the sessions and in working on strategies that the participant might be able to use in the future.

The sessions are structured around four areas of music and wellbeing:

  • Getting to know you and the role of music in your life

  • Venting negative emotions

  • Enjoyment

  • Self-connection

We also strive to provide appropriate signposting to our own groups and services alongside other services available throughout the third sector.

To make a referral please complete the simple form below.

Due to the demand of this service we will make no more than three attempts to make initial contact with the service user within a period of 14 days. If there is no response within this time we assume the service is not required and the place offered to those next in line
