In April 2015, we launched our Corporate Friends Scheme at The Woolpack Yard in Norwich. The scheme allows local businesses to support the work of Musical Keys whilst themselves receiving benefits from us in return. We have been overwhelmed with the support we have received so far!
Not all membership needs to be financially based, we are also keen to accept help in kind to the value of our packages if a business can offer something useful to us.
If you are a local business and interested in joining our Corporate Friends scheme, you may be wondering how much it costs and what we can offer? We have three main packages, Bronze, Silver and Gold as detailed in the table below:
To put these figures into context of what they could pay for:
- A £3,000 donation could help us to run a Musical Keys group in a rural area for a whole year – giving families consistency and certainty
- A £950 donation could help us to keep a Musical Keys group running for four months – making a real difference to families
- A £250 donation could help to support a local group for a month, providing equipment, expert staff and an accessible location
Ken Shelton, chairman of trustees at Musical Keys, said: “We work with a lot of families across the county, but we know there is still a lot of need, which we want to be able to address. We also recognise that there are great benefits for businesses and charities in working together to improve our local society, and we have got lots of ideas which we will be developing throughout our 25th birthday year so everyone can get involved with what we do.”
