Trustee Roles Can be of any age and from all walks of life. On top of regular meetings, the time you spend as trustees is up to you. You can tailor it to suit your needs. Skills required are a commitment to attend monthy meetings, effective communication skills and willingness to actively participate in discussions. The responsibilities of a trustee: | | Dedication to the aims of Musical Keys Responsibile for making sure that Musical Keys meets its objectives Review and approve policies and standards Responsible for the development, funding and management of Musical Keys Other points to consider: Expenses: Musical Keys pays travelling and other agreed expenses. Initial Training: Induction course and 'on the job' training. On-going Training: Free training courses are offered in a wide range of subjects relating to music, specific disbility syndromes and child protection issues. Time Commentment: Three per month minimum. Trustees are subject to a satisfactory Criminal Record Disclosure. Trustees As well as being enormously rewarding, being a trustee looks great on your CV.
